Comfortable public lounge, and a great selection of cigars and a very clean and comfortable setting. Reasonable cigar prices too! I’ll definitely be back

Francois was amazing! We spent like a whole hour walking around the store and he was teaching me about so many different cigars. Such as Byron cigars… wow. Not really a newbie but he still was able to tell me things I didn’t know about the industry. The place was amazing, I bought a padron 1964 anniversary and a lot else lol but it was the best cigar I ever smoked by far. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Chicago.

Been to a lot of cigar lounges and this is one of the nicer ones. Joe behind the counter has been there over 14 years and is one of the most knowledgeable, down to earth and nicest guys in the business. The atmosphere is clean, laid back, and fun.

Casa de Montecristo has a very friendly and awesome staff. They have a huge cigar selection from average to premium sticks. The members lounge is first class; comfortable seats, warm atmosphere and friendly customers. Clean restrooms as well.

Great selection of cigars, they stay up to date with popular selections and vintage cigars. Not too large of a place to lounge, but going there on a non busy day is just what the doctor ordered. You can bring your own beverages and food in the lounge if you purchase cigars from them. Cool and relaxed crowd. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with lighters, cutters, and accessories. You deserve a moment of peace away from home or work.

I'm not one to really go smoke at a lounge, much rather be at home. Casa De Montecristo in the other hand, wish I could call it my second home. The setting is nice, the cigar selection is one if not the best I've seen, and the chairs are comfortable. This is the only cigar lounge I'm always looking forward to visiting. The staff is friendly and dont make you feel like you need babysitting like other shops that won't give you room to breathe. Speaking of breathing, the ventilation is good (if you know you know) and the cigars are always well stored.
